Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Inocencio Fernandes kicked off to start the match. Alejandro Naelio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Dabi in the 9th minute of the match. A collision led to Federal getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Haroldo Bartolome hit a great ball. The supporters of Club Atlético River booed when Federal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Tajo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18thth minute of the game Inocencio Fernandes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Federal 's Norberto Bilbo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Club Atlético River fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Club Atlético River's Inocencio Fernandes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Froilan Dimas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute, Inocencio Fernandes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Norberto Bilbo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. If Fabricio Rocio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Inocencio Fernandes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Norberto Bilbo having to make a save. In the 35thth minute of the game Inocencio Fernandes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Federal 's Norberto Bilbo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Federal 's goal looked a bit too open when Fabricio Rocio came free, but Norberto Bilbo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Inocencio Fernandes took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Norberto Bilbo. Norberto Bilbo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabricio Rocio in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Norberto Bilbo saved Federal from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Inocencio Fernandes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético River's supporters rose to their feet, but Inocencio Fernandes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Norberto Bilbo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Federal players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Atlético River were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pablo Chorache to strike the kick off in the second half. If Froilan Dimas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 53rd match minute, Club Atlético River was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Boniel to maneuver through the defense. Alejandro Naelio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Chorache, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After 57 played minutes Federal got a freekick which was hit by Martin Goi. Alejandro Naelio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo Chorache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club Atlético River's Alejandro Naelio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Chorache in the 75th minute of play. Gaudencio Nabar charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaudencio Nabar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gaudencio Nabar kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. If Inocencio Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute Froilan Dimas suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Federal 's Gaudencio Nabar got his second yellow card of the match in the 92nd minute. The referee ordered Gaudencio Nabar off the ground. Gaudencio Nabar hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Club Atlético River's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
