Pastor Burutzagi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Alejandro Rayman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 4th minute, Loreto's Tomas Polo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alejandro Rayman. Alejandro Rayman yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Bernardino Duarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Moises Christobal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Loreto getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Albano Cresitobalo hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Everardo Guerau in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Moises Christobal saved Loreto from getting behind. Bernardino Duarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elpidio Soter hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Loreto's Alejandro Rayman threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nestor Rosio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Everardo Guerau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moises Christobal having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albano Cresitobalo during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 29th minute, Carlos Phelipe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Moises Christobal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernardino Duarte's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Bernardino Duarte might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Moises Christobal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernardino Duarte ran back to his position shaking his head. 43 minutes into the match, Everardo Guerau notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Loreto's Moises Christobal. Moises Christobal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 47thth minute of the game Everardo Guerau who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Loreto's Moises Christobal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Polo was the one to do the kick off. Moises Christobal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardino Duarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Everardo Guerau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moises Christobal having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Loreto's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bernardino Duarte fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 58 minutes into the match, Bernardino Duarte notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Loreto's Moises Christobal. Moises Christobal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 62nd minute Tomas Polo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Rayman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd match minute, Fantasio FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidio Amaya to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute, Loreto's Elpidio Soter seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Elpidio Soter the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Loreto protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Elpidio Soter had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Loreto fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 66th minute. Penalty! Bernardino Duarte walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Everardo Guerau got free with Moises Christobal in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ruben Matro hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After having played for 83 minutes, Bernardino Duarte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fantasio FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardino Duarte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bernardino Duarte's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Moises Christobal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Eduardo Kinsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moises Christobal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernardino Duarte in the 94th minute. Everardo Guerau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moises Christobal having to interfere. When the match was over Fantasio FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Loreto throughout the match.
