After some careless play in the Reyes defense, Paulino Sugar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zacarias Cloyo. The Reyes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zacarias Cloyo should have stopped the shot. Raul Arnalt's late challenge caught a LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raul Arnalt helped the player get up and apologised. After 28 minutes, Gerardo Misael mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Reyes and the LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Victorino Ourente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulino Sugar in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zacarias Cloyo saved Reyes from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fidel Loreto during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB booed when Reyes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidel Loreto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Perutxo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 43 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ruperto Orland to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Gerardo Misael left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Reyes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 58 minutes into the game, Benigno Paulin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Reyes the free kick. Benigno Paulin hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. If Alexandre Marinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Zacarias Cloyo managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB's Alexandre Marinho fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Zacarias Cloyo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorino Ourente in the 71st minute of play. Salvador Bartolome made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Arnalt in the 73rd minute of play. Salvador Bartolome took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruperto Orland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB's Salvador Bartolome played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Arnalt in the 78th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Reyes's zone, Benigno Paulin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zacarias Cloyo came out of the goal and Benigno Paulin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Reyes's defense didn't have a chance, in the 83rd minute, when Victorino Ourente scored to the left of an out of position Zacarias Cloyo, making the score, 1-3. Alexandre Marinho struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Zacarias Cloyo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB. In the 87th minute, Fidel Loreto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nemesio Gaspard charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nemesio Gaspard the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nemesio Gaspard hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After 92 minutes Reyes's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Paulino Sugar who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB's corner Paulino Sugar fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zacarias Cloyo quite easily take care of the ball. Reyes's Zacarias Cloyo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Marinho in the 97th minute of play. After 98 played minutes Reyes got a freekick which was hit by Ceferino Laurendi. When the match was over LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Reyes throughout the match.
