Paulino Sugar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Atilano Amaya made a huge save. 7 minutes into the match, Avellaneda FC's goalkeeper Atilano Amaya had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulino Sugar. Paulino Sugar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilano Amaya having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Paulino Sugar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Atilano Amaya was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Alexandre Marinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Atilano Amaya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atilano Amaya didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paulino Sugar went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Avellaneda FC's Atilano Amaya got control of the ball when Alexandre Marinho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Atilano Amaya made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Paulino Sugar sent off a good shot on target. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Avellaneda FC's goalkeeper Atilano Amaya, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 40 played minutes LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Benigno Paulin. Salvador Bartolome showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Americo Arotza, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Paulino Sugar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Atilano Amaya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Salvador Abastas made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Marinho in the 62nd minute of play forced Avellaneda FC's goalkeeper Atilano Amaya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulino Sugar struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Atilano Amaya didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB. Atilano Amaya was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Santiago Ignatius during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB's Santiago Ignatius got a free kick in the 74th minute. When Salvador Abastas came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Avellaneda FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Salvador Abastas couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Sugar in the 77th minute of play forced Avellaneda FC's goalkeeper Atilano Amaya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Americo Arotza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Salvador Bartolome made a huge save. After some careless play in the Avellaneda FC defense, Paulino Sugar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Atilano Amaya. The Avellaneda FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Atilano Amaya should have stopped the shot. When Santiago Ignatius was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 89 minutes had been played. Salvador Bartolome took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorio Daunte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
