After 12 minutes of play, Potrerillos's Alonzo Orlin made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Delmar Emmanuel was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualterio Matro in the 23rd minute of play forced Potrerillos's goalkeeper Anacleto Luar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 87 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sepultura! The Potrerillos supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Potrerillos would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
