Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Basilio Arotza started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Sauce AFC's Hilario Roldan got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Constitución FC's Zacarias Artizar couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 4th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Sauce AFC. Constitución FC's Froilan Mambru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Arotza in the 9th minute of play. If Emanuel Aimar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aristides Senio struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Silvestre Bittor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Constitución FC. Froilan Mambru came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Sauce AFC's Paulo Cordearo. But to his dismay, Paulo Cordearo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Paulo Cordearo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Froilan Mambru having to interfere. Froilan Mambru made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulo Cordearo in the 24th minute. If Basilio Arotza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvestre Bittor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Aimar in the 30th minute of the match. After having played for 32 minutes, Aristides Senio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Constitución FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aristides Senio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Silvestre Bittor went to the wrong direction when Zacarias Artizar was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sauce AFC's goalkeeper Silvestre Bittor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Emanuel Aimar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emanuel Aimar might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silvestre Bittor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emanuel Aimar ran back to his position shaking his head. Froilan Mambru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basilio Arotza in the 45th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aristides Senio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ciriaco Endura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvestre Bittor having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Basilio Arotza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Froilan Mambru was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 70th minute Aristides Senio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvestre Bittor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emanuel Aimar got free with Silvestre Bittor in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With an all-out effort, Constitución FC's Silvestre Bittor threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aristides Senio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Paulo Cordearo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Sauce AFC's zone, Ismael Jerold stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvestre Bittor came out of the goal and Ismael Jerold tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paulo Cordearo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Froilan Mambru read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th match minute, Constitución FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciriaco Endura to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sauce AFC had won after a very even match.
