Esteban Godoy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 9 minutes into the match, Roberto Atauri notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Vieytes AFC's Fulgencio Havier. After some careless play in the Vieytes AFC defense, Roberto Atauri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fulgencio Havier. The Vieytes AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fulgencio Havier should have stopped the shot. After 20 minutes of play, Cambaceres's Benedicto Librado made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fulgencio Havier was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Roberto Atauri in the 25th minute of play forced Vieytes AFC's goalkeeper Fulgencio Havier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Cambaceres's Roberto Atauri sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fulgencio Havier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 28 minutes, Hernan Eguerdi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cambaceres's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hernan Eguerdi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fulgencio Havier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Atauri in the 33rd minute of the match. If Hernan Eguerdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fulgencio Havier came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Cambaceres's Roberto Atauri. But to his dismay, Roberto Atauri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. If Hernan Eguerdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fulgencio Havier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Atauri in the 41st minute of the match. Fulgencio Havier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedicto Librado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adriana Viator to make the kick off. Benedicto Librado took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fulgencio Havier. Fulgencio Havier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. 57 minutes into the game, Hernan Eguerdi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fulgencio Havier. Hernan Eguerdi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-6. In the 60th minute, Hernan Eguerdi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fulgencio Havier. The goal made the score 1-7. Benedicto Librado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Havier having to interfere. Marcelino Quintana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benedicto Librado in the 71stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fulgencio Havier, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 72nd minute, Roberto Atauri ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fulgencio Havier was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-9. With a little luck, Vieytes AFC's Fulgencio Havier got control of the ball when Hernan Eguerdi tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 79th minute, Roberto Atauri reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fulgencio Havier. The goal made the score 1-10. 82 minutes into the match, Cambaceres's goal looked a bit too open when Adriana Viator came free, but Esteban Godoy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute, Cambaceres's Hernan Eguerdi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-11. In the 89th minute Hernan Eguerdi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Havier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Hernan Eguerdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dionisio Peru kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The Vieytes AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Cambaceres were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
