Jonatan Cesario's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tiburcio Rainerio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. Helge Hedström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raimundo Gilabert in the 5th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Tacaglé AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Cesario came free, but Tiburcio Rainerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tiburcio Rainerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Cesario in the 24th minute of play. Sportivo Sernova's Inocencio Egoi managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Constantino Munio in the 27 minute of the game. When Sportivo Sernova's Jonatan Cesario in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tacaglé AFC's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Sportivo Sernova booed when Tacaglé AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Constantino Munio didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonatan Cesario in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiburcio Rainerio saved Tacaglé AFC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Cesario in the 40th minute of play forced Tacaglé AFC's goalkeeper Tiburcio Rainerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Inocencio Egoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Tiburcio Rainerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Everardo Horado fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sportivo Sernova's protests and gave Everardo Horado a yellow card for diving instead. In the 44th minute, Everardo Horado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Sportivo Sernova were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonatan Cesario to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Jonatan Cesario had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tiburcio Rainerio. Tacaglé AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonatan Cesario was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After some careless play in the Tacaglé AFC defense, Jonatan Cesario kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tiburcio Rainerio. The Tacaglé AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tiburcio Rainerio should have stopped the shot. In the 65th minute, Inocencio Egoi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tiburcio Rainerio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Inocencio Egoi's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. A collision led to Tacaglé AFC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Eduardo Urki hit a great ball. After 86 played minutes Tacaglé AFC got a freekick which was hit by Zacarias Isauro. 88 minutes into the match, Inocencio Egoi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tiburcio Rainerio, 0-7. Inocencio Egoi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tiburcio Rainerio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Sportivo Sernova played a much better game than Tacaglé AFC and deserved their victory. The Tacaglé AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
