The supporters of Despedida booed when Cachi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Romildo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Despedida's Gavino Gomez tried to score from far away in the 17th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Silvio Txilar's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hilario Azubeli firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Niceto Telesforo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hilario Azubeli made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Silvio Txilar sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Cachi FC booed when Despedida was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luisito Erramun didn't get a good kick on the ball. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by Despedida's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Danilo Caetano was slow to take the kick. During this time Cachi FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Cachi FC's corner Danilo Caetano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hilario Azubeli quite easily take care of the ball. Niceto Telesforo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Gabriel Gartxot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Cachi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Herminio Jaunti came free, but Gabriel Gartxot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Santiago Ugutz made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luisito Erramun during the 51st minute.
