Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Albano Azubeli started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute of the match Ivan Jeraldo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Freddy Soter showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 8 played minutes Falucho got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Kusko. Falucho's Freddy Soter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humberto Amato in the 12th minute of play. When Falucho's Marcial Beltran in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brugo FC's goalie prevented a goal. Danilo Llin hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Falucho's Marcial Beltran sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Everardo Millan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Humberto Amato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Freddy Soter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcial Beltran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Humberto Amato had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Brugo FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Ivan Jeraldo hit a great ball. 36 minutes into the game, Falucho's Albano Azubeli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Everardo Millan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Adrian Olando fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brugo FC's protests and gave Adrian Olando a yellow card for diving instead. After 42 played minutes Brugo FC got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Olando. After a defensive mix-up in Falucho's zone, Dalmacio Hotz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Freddy Soter came out of the goal and Dalmacio Hotz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

Falucho's Albano Azubeli got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcial Beltran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Everardo Millan having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Brugo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Albano Azubeli came free, but Everardo Millan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. During the 73rd minute of the match Adrian Olando completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Adrian Olando a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Brugo FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Adrian Olando hit a great ball. If Marcial Beltran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Amancio Piearres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Brugo FC booed when Falucho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Calvino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Everardo Millan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albano Azubeli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Falucho supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Falucho would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
