If Guaberto Corderall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guaberto Corderall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 23rd minute, Atilano Theobald hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Graciarena's Gaspar Valerio got control of the ball when Faustino Ostots tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 27th minute Prudencio Santio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodosio Rudolfo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 32 played minutes Guaberto Corderall rounded Graciarena's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Faustino Ostots hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prudencio Santio in the 44th minute of play forced Gavilán's goalkeeper Teodosio Rudolfo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 minutes, Ruperto Iratzeder mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gavilán and the Graciarena players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 45 played minutes Gavilán got a freekick which was hit by Ruperto Iratzeder. Placido Tauro struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Teodosio Rudolfo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Graciarena. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Guaberto Corderall stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Gavilán's zone, Placido Tauro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teodosio Rudolfo came out of the goal and Placido Tauro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Graciarena getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Roman Eleazar hit a great ball. It was beautiful to see Gavilán's Atilano Theobald in action when he in the 60th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! 66 minutes into the match, Guaberto Corderall notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Graciarena's Gaspar Valerio. Gaspar Valerio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 69th minute, Amadeo Orlin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Faustino Ostots struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Gaspar Valerio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gavilán. Graciarena's Gaspar Valerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guaberto Corderall in the 75th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Gavilán's Ruperto Iratzeder got a free kick in the 77th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Guaberto Corderall managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gavilán's supporters rose to their feet, but Guaberto Corderall was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaspar Valerio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Faustino Ostots fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaspar Valerio having to interfere. Gaspar Valerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustino Ostots, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Placido Tauro in the 95th minute of play forced Gavilán's goalkeeper Teodosio Rudolfo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Gavilán were the better team. Gavilán's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
