Granville's Nicanor Marz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Granville from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Granville's Nicanor Marz got control of the ball when Leo Manex tried to sneak it across the goal line. Erubiel Goizeder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Arias having to interfere. Ernesto Bernebe hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Granville's Nicanor Marz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Granville from getting a goal against them. Granville's Nicanor Marz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Elizardo in the 33rd minute of play. If Leo Manex had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 44 minutes into the match, Granville's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Elizardo came free, but Nicanor Marz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 48th minute Aldo Elizardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicanor Marz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

In the 54th minute of the match Rolando Bide shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nicanor Marz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Leo Manex put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Nicanor Marz. In the 61st minute Fermin Avellaneda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Arias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Fermin Avellaneda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erubiel Goizeder got free with Ciro Arias in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Leo Manex had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aguadita AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
