After recieving a nice pass, Carolina FC's Maximiliano Harriet tried to score from far away in the 22nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Teofilo Florian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agustin Socorro having to interfere. Agustin Socorro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofilo Florian in the 27th minute of the match. Ambrosio Cresitobalo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Agustin Socorro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Junín FC's Federico Musko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Baldomero Savier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Carolina FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ambrosio Cresitobalo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 75 played minutes, Carolina FC's Maximiliano Harriet shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Agustin Socorro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Carolina FC reached it. Ambrosio Cresitobalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Federico Musko got free with Baldomero Savier in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
