With a little luck, Membrillar's Elpidio Precioso got control of the ball when Ezequiel Delfino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Honorio Eguerdi kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Siro Demesio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lisandro Firman's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Omar Madeo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Siro Demesio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute Lisandro Firman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Demesio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christian Cidro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cazapán's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Membrillar the free kick. Membrillar's Omar Madeo got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Lisandro Firman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Membrillar's supporters rose to their feet, but Lisandro Firman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by German Truylos during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 68 minutes into the game, one of Membrillar:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Omar Madeo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siro Demesio having to interfere. Siro Demesio made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Omar Madeo sent off a good shot on target. Omar Madeo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 97th playminute. Membrillar played a much better game than Cazapán and deserved their victory. The Cazapán players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
