Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Marcelo Alfonso made the kick off which started today's match. After having played for 9 minutes, Leon Sayvion managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alem's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leon Sayvion was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Epifanio Leocadio came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Maco's Marcelo Alfonso. But to his dismay, Marcelo Alfonso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Leon Sayvion received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Osvaldo Florin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Osvaldo Florin managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when Alem's Gavino Vito fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Epifanio Leocadio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pastor Criston, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Alem's Adan Navarro got a free kick in the 25th minute. Epifanio Leocadio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pastor Criston, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Osvaldo Florin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leon Sayvion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pastor Criston received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Epifanio Leocadio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Epifanio Leocadio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Criston in the 46th minute of play.
The wind increased when Leon Sayvion made the kick off in the second half. When Pastor Criston came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Maco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pastor Criston couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Marcelo Alfonso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maco's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelo Alfonso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Epifanio Leocadio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eustacio Otsoa charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eustacio Otsoa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 62nd match minute, Maco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustacio Otsoa to maneuver through the defense. Gavino Vito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldo Florin having to interfere. Gavino Vito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Osvaldo Florin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leon Sayvion scored 1-1 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Osvaldo Florin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Pastor Criston had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes into the game, Maco's Pastor Criston nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Epifanio Leocadio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The audience was convinced that Leon Sayvion's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Osvaldo Florin was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Pastor Criston recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pastor Criston might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Epifanio Leocadio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pastor Criston ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcelo Alfonso received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Epifanio Leocadio came out and tried to block the shot, but Marcelo Alfonso slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 92nd minute. Maco's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
