Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Nestor Asur made the kick off and thus started the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 7th minute of the game. One of Obligado:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Alvear:s goal. In the 9th minute there was a penalty for Alvear. Ismael Hurko stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jonatan Panpili. 1-0. Ismael Hurko took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jonatan Panpili. Obligado's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquiles Bortzaioriz in the 17th minute of play forced Obligado's goalkeeper Jonatan Panpili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute Vladimiro Erdiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatan Panpili saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Obligado's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Erdiano came free, but Jonatan Panpili reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ceferino Blanco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Hugo Firme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Nestor Asur managed to get in a good position for a shot. Obligado's supporters rose to their feet, but Nestor Asur was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Herrera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonatan Panpili made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Ceferino Blanco sent off a good shot on target. In the 34th minute Vladimiro Erdiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatan Panpili saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ceferino Blanco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes into the match, Alvear's Vladimiro Erdiano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonatan Panpili narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vladimiro Erdiano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Obligado getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Teofilo Dei hit a great ball. 58 minutes into the match, Alvear's Ismael Hurko broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Nestor Asur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vladimiro Erdiano struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Jonatan Panpili didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alvear. A collision led to Obligado getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Celedonio Ur hit a great ball. In the 79th minute, Nestor Asur ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miguel Herrera was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Vladimiro Erdiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Jonatan Panpili tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Obligado's Higinio Laurgain got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 87th minute, Florencio Berasko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ceferino Blanco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Jonatan Panpili tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
