Newman's Basilio George got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Isidro Amato took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for 江奕棋 to make any attempt to save it. Newman's 江奕棋 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Newman from getting a goal against them. Newman's 江奕棋 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidro Amato in the 33rd minute of play. Delmar Pasqual showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basilio George, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. The corner led Newman's Basilio George to fire away a dangerous shot which Delmar Pasqual despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basilio George in the 40th minute of play forced Andino's goalkeeper Delmar Pasqual to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Andino's goal looked a bit too open when Victoriano Lekubegi came free, but Delmar Pasqual reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victoriano Lekubegi in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Delmar Pasqual prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isidro Amato to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute, Basilio George made a precise shot to the right of Delmar Pasqual. Andino's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Basilio George received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Delmar Pasqual tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basilio George in the 69th minute of play forced Andino's goalkeeper Delmar Pasqual to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Newman's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
