Fabian Errapel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nereo Gonza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute, Nereo Gonza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After a rather tough play, Dolores AFC's Elpidio Sanduru got a free kick in the 21st minute. Fabian Errapel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prudencio Ibar, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The audience was convinced that Nereo Gonza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabian Errapel was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Arnoldo Sarracino's late challenge caught a Dolores AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnoldo Sarracino helped the player get up and apologised. In the 28th match minute, ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnoldo Sarracino to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nereo Gonza in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabian Errapel saved Dolores AFC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Dolores AFC's Arnoldo Salvidor got a free kick in the 36th minute. The audience was convinced that Nereo Gonza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabian Errapel was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. After 40 minutes, Eugenio Abeita mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dolores AFC and the ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nereo Gonza in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabian Errapel prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mariano Brun to make the kick off. After having played for 55 minutes, Nereo Gonza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nereo Gonza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Damian Urko came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damian Urko couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 58 in the game by Nereo Gonza from a close distance when the talented Fabian Errapel managed to make a qualified save. Dolores AFC's players were relieved. In the 62nd minute Nereo Gonza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Errapel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nereo Gonza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Carolo Beltxe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Fabian Errapel managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's Nereo Gonza fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Arnoldo Sarracino managed to get in a good position for a shot. ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnoldo Sarracino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabian Errapel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 74th minute, Nereo Gonza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabian Errapel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. In the 77th minute, Nereo Gonza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. Fabian Errapel was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and Nereo Gonza capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nereo Gonza really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. If Nereo Gonza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ booed when Dolores AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnoldo Salvidor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nereo Gonzas short, quick shot in the 93rdth minute got Fabian Errapel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Fabian Errapel stood somewhat misplaced when Nereo Gonza came free in front of goal and shot 1-7 to the left of him in the 93 minute. The crowd rose to their feet as ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's Nereo Gonza slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fabian Errapel. That made the score 1-8 after 97 minutes of play. When the match was over ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Dolores AFC throughout the match.
