The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Nicanor Firmo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ciro Sustrai struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Cleto Felipillo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ranquil FC. After a rather tough play, Ranquil FC's Moises Quinten got a free kick in the 15th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Mogna AFC's Ildefonso Stanislao broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 17th minute Narciso Mederi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Bermudo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Narciso Mederi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute Angelino Llorian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Bermudo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benedicto Bermudo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelino Llorian in the 33rd minute of play. If Angelino Llorian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ranquil FC's Benedicto Bermudo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelino Llorian in the 40th minute of play. Benedicto Bermudo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelino Llorian in the 42nd minute of play. If Narciso Mederi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Inge hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Angelino Llorian made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Ranquil FC's goalkeeper Benedicto Bermudo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angelino Llorian. Narciso Mederi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Benedicto Bermudo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manuel Inge kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Esteve Indar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes in the game, Narciso Mederi fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Benedicto Bermudo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelino Llorian in the 70th minute of play forced Ranquil FC's goalkeeper Benedicto Bermudo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cleto Felipillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albano Sotero in the 73rd minute of play. Cleto Felipillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro Sustrai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Angelino Llorian's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benedicto Bermudo was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. 92 minutes into the match, Ranquil FC's goalkeeper Benedicto Bermudo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Narciso Mederi. When the final whistle sounded Mogna AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ranquil FC.
