Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Lino Maura took the kick off in the first half of the match. Paulo Beliran charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paulo Beliran the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Papagayos's Paulo Beliran got a free kick in the 5th minute. Marco Sarracino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filiberto Lizar in the 11th minute of the match. Marco Sarracino came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Papagayos's Filiberto Lizar. But to his dismay, Filiberto Lizar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Aquilino Etxahun fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Papagayos's protests and gave Aquilino Etxahun a yellow card for diving instead. Aquilino Etxahun hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Carlos Bermudo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Sarracino having to interfere. 23 minutes into the game, Papagayos's Carlos Bermudo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marco Sarracino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Marco Sarracino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Bermudo in the 26th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Carlos Bermudo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Papagayos's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Bermudo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Sarracino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 32 minutes, Isidro Olo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Malanzán and the Papagayos players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Malanzán getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Isidro Olo hit a great ball. Marco Sarracino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Bermudo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Bermudo in the 37th minute of play forced Malanzán's goalkeeper Marco Sarracino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

If Carlos Bermudo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 59 played minutes Malanzán got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Jacindo. Papagayos's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Paulo Beliran in the 62nd minute. 63 minutes into the match, Malanzán's goal looked a bit too open when Aquilino Etxahun came free, but Marco Sarracino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Lino Maura came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Malanzán fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lino Maura couldn't finish the play. Carlos Bermudo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Papagayos getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Aquilino Etxahun hit a great ball. Filiberto Lizar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Marco Sarracino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, Papagayos's goal looked a bit too open when Eloy Ixona came free, but Saturnino Odol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Filiberto Lizar came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Papagayos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filiberto Lizar couldn't finish the play. Carlos Bermudo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Papagayos's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
