Epifanio Calisto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilo Eneas in the 34th minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Procyon ᶠᶜ's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Estebe came free, but Epifanio Calisto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Procyon ᶠᶜ getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Haroldo Cordairo hit a great ball. Procyon ᶠᶜ's Epifanio Calisto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zacarias Pedroso in the 48th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aurelio Jaizki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Tadeo Tercero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Procyon ᶠᶜ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tadeo Tercero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tobias Bihar hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the last second Epifanio Calisto throw himself and got hold of the ball when Teofilo Eneas in the 59thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Teofilo Eneas was extremely unlucky when he, in the 61st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Epifanio Calisto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofilo Eneas, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. If Ciro Beti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulo Estebe got free with Epifanio Calisto in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tadeo Tercero's late challenge caught a Chiriguanos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
