Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Federico Shepherd started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Raimundo Florinio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brugo's supporters rose to their feet, but Raimundo Florinio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernan Selmo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Honorato Seme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Federico Shepherd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Higinio Gines having to interfere. In the 17th match minute, Brugo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Epifanio Ostadar to maneuver through the defense. A long shot from Arturo Chano in the 17th minute of play was well struck, but Higinio Gines made a really good save at the right post. Danilo Elazar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Fernan Selmo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Brugo booed when Calaza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ovidio Neto didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Elazar in the 33rd minute of play forced Calaza's goalkeeper Fernan Selmo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Higinio Gines made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Honorato Seme sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Brugo's zone, Honorato Seme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Higinio Gines came out of the goal and Honorato Seme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Federico Shepherd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 39 played minutes Calaza got a freekick which was hit by Ovidio Neto. Lázaro Acosta kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Calaza's Federico Shepherd got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raimundo Florinio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Honorato Seme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Cecilio Eufemio fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brugo's protests and gave Cecilio Eufemio a yellow card for diving instead. Cecilio Eufemio hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute, Camilo Guillem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With 58 minutes on the clock, Leopoldo Sandaili commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 59 played minutes Calaza got a freekick which was hit by Leopoldo Sandaili. Raimundo Lope struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Fernan Selmo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brugo. When Ovidio Neto fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Calaza's protests and gave Ovidio Neto a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th minute, Ovidio Neto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Danilo Elazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fernan Selmo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Florinio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Federico Shepherd during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 79th match minute, Calaza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Shepherd to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute, Raimundo Lope sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Calaza's Fernan Selmo didn't even have to move. After a rather tough play, Calaza's Ovidio Neto got a free kick in the 81st minute. After 83 played minutes Calaza got a freekick which was hit by Eugenio Tiso. 89 minutes into the match, Brugo's Danilo Elazar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fernan Selmo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Calaza getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Ovidio Neto hit a great ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Calaza players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
