Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Enrique Mingo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Fernan Selmo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nemesio Jakobe in the 3rd minute of the match. After 5 played minutes Calaza got a freekick which was hit by Leopoldo Sandaili. A collision led to Ayajasco AFC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Ramon Milian hit a great ball. After having played for 22 minutes, Nemesio Jakobe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ayajasco AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nemesio Jakobe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joel Noe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Fernan Selmo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ayajasco AFC's Ignacio Laurendi got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 31st minute, Faustino Matxin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nemesio Jakobe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nemesio Jakobe in the 34th minute of play forced Calaza's goalkeeper Fernan Selmo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nemesio Jakobe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ignacio Laurendi might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fernan Selmo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ignacio Laurendi ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 40thth minute of the game Nemesio Jakobe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Calaza's Fernan Selmo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Ayajasco AFC's Zeledon Artizar in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Calaza's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Ignacio Laurendi put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Fernan Selmo.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nemesio Jakobe made a kick off. After some careless play in the Calaza defense, Nemesio Jakobe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fernan Selmo. The Calaza fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernan Selmo should have stopped the shot. Ayajasco AFC's Zacarias Rosio got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 67th match minute, Ayajasco AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zacarias Rosio to maneuver through the defense. Nemesio Jakobe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fernan Selmo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nemesio Jakobe got free with Fernan Selmo in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 75th minute, Ignacio Laurendi fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 76th minute Isidoro Jerold suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. Joel Noe charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joel Noe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ayajasco AFC's Joel Noe got a free kick in the 77th minute. 78 minutes in the game, Nemesio Jakobe dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Fernan Selmo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Ayajasco AFC's Nemesio Jakobe shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. The supporters of Calaza booed when Ayajasco AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeledon Artizar didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ignacio Laurendi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ayajasco AFC played a much better game than Calaza and deserved their victory. The Calaza players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
