Berreta AFC's Delmar Ibon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Berreta AFC from getting a goal against them. 18 minutes into the match, Jorge Walter dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Delmar Ibon, 1-0. In the 21st match minute, Richmond Oilers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Placido Jokin to maneuver through the defense. The Richmond Oilers fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when Richmond Oilers's Jorge Walter looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 26 minutes into the match, Berreta AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Walter came free, but Delmar Ibon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Richmond Oilers booed when Berreta AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomiro Franco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Delmar Ibon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Jokin in the 54th minute of play. After 59 minutes of play, Richmond Oilers's Darwin Núñez made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Delmar Ibon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Darwin Núñez took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Delmar Ibon. Delmar Ibon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. If Darwin Núñez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernando Mero might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Octavio Maldonado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fernando Mero ran back to his position shaking his head. Berreta AFC's Delmar Ibon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Darwin Núñez in the 76th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Berreta AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Walter came free, but Delmar Ibon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Delmar Ibon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lúcio da Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Fernando Mero's late challenge caught a Richmond Oilers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Richmond Oilers fully deserved thier win.
