But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernando Garikoitz couldn't finish the play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Celso Jurdan to make the kick off. Silvestre Eron came out of the goal and Fernando Garikoitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th minute, Benicio Paublo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 60 minutes into the game, Guido Donio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Silvestre Eron. But to his dismay, Ulises Millrick quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After a rather tough play, Deportivo BENTOLO's Delmar Cordero got a free kick in the 86th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Higuera's Atilano Vistruario tried to score from far away in the 88th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Deportivo BENTOLO's Jimeno Fix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Jurdan in the 95th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edelmiro Llorenc during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Higuera booed when Deportivo BENTOLO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edelmiro Llorenc didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Deportivo BENTOLO left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Higuera.
