A hard shot by Cristian Rius from long distance, 6 minutes into the match, got Cecilio Gabon's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 8th minute, Angels's Albino Gaufred dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Feliberto Gelmiros short, quick shot in the 13thth minute got Cecilio Gabon to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Albino Gaufred received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Cecilio Gabon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Feliberto Gelmiro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Cecilio Gabon skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With his leg Cecilio Gabon managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when Angels's Feliberto Gelmiro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Celso Macario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cecilio Mitxel in the 28th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Dolores's Leonides Cristos seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Leonides Cristos the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Dolores protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Leonides Cristos had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 31st minute, one of Dolores:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Dolores. The referee gave Angels a penalty, 33 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Filomeno Sabin, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Dolores's Cecilio Gabon. 2-0. Cecilio Gabon was a little too slow when Albino Gaufred got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 3-0. When Ruperto Ado fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dolores's protests and gave Ruperto Ado a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th minute, Ruperto Ado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elpidio Mingo to make the kick off. Cecilio Gabon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albino Gaufred's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Feliberto Gelmiro in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cecilio Gabon saved Dolores from getting behind. In the 64th minute of the match Cristian Rius sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cecilio Gabon skillfully saved the ball. In the 66th minute Pipat Benedetto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cecilio Gabon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cecilio Gabon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pipat Benedetto in the 66th minute of play. A collision led to Dolores getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Ruperto Ado hit a great ball. Feliberto Gelmiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albino Gaufred in the 91st minute of play forced Dolores's goalkeeper Cecilio Gabon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
