Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Timoteo Barrionuevo started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Gómez FC's Timoteo Barrionuevo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hipolito Gelacio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Timoteo Barrionuevo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gómez FC's Simon Dimas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Frantzes in the 6th minute of play. When Alvaro Urdin fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gómez FC's protests and gave Alvaro Urdin a yellow card for diving instead. Gómez FC's Timoteo Barrionuevo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 11th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. A collision led to Gómez FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Rodrigo Clodio hit a great ball. Simon Dimas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorio Patxi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd match minute, Gómez FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eloy Barto to maneuver through the defense. Victorio Patxi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Simon Dimas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Victorio Patxi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Florencia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Gómez FC's Simon Dimas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorio Patxi in the 39th minute of play. Florencia's Hipolito Gelacio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Florencia from getting a goal against them. After having played for 44 minutes, Rosendo Mogel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gómez FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rosendo Mogel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Florencia's goalkeeper Hipolito Gelacio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After a defensive mix-up in Florencia's zone, Timoteo Barrionuevo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hipolito Gelacio came out of the goal and Timoteo Barrionuevo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Rosendo Mogel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hipolito Gelacio was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Hipolito Gelacio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rosendo Mogel in the 81st minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Victorio Patxi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 90 minutes, Timoteo Barrionuevo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hipolito Gelacio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1.
