Astor Eyague blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Erasmo Burutzagi having to make a save. Epifanio Remir charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Epifanio Remir the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd minute, Epifanio Remir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erasmo Burutzagi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Astor Eyague in the 24th minute. In the 29th minute, Elvio Argider got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
