The Chacaflores fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. If Pepe Sand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Gregorio Kepa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Paranaense got free with Tobias Rodas in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Pepe Sand came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Chacaflores fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pepe Sand couldn't finish the play. Astor Urre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 32 minutes into the match, Chacaflores's goal looked a bit too open when Maximino Qwinton came free, but Kasper Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute Francisco Paranaense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Rodas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Carboncito booed when Chacaflores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregorio Kepa didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Chacaflores's Tobias Rodas threw himself towards the right post 38 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Francisco Paranaense, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 45 played minutes Chacaflores got a freekick which was hit by Erubiel Otsoko. Tobias Rodas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Paranaense, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

52 minutes into the match, Chacaflores's goalkeeper Kasper Buffon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Astor Urre. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gregorio Kepa in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tobias Rodas saved Carboncito from getting behind. When Gregorio Kepa came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Chacaflores fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gregorio Kepa couldn't finish the play. After 65 minutes, Justino Botello mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carboncito and the Chacaflores players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 65th match minute, Carboncito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justino Botello to maneuver through the defense. When Chacaflores's Francisco Paranaense in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Chacaflores's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Paranaense was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tobias Rodas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Paranaense, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. In the 95th minute of the match, Astor Urre got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kasper Buffon was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Chacaflores's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
