Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alberto Ferdinand made the kick off which started today's match. Teofilo Florin in the 3rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Elvio Gomesano, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Alberto Ferdinand came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the RIQUELME FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Ferdinand couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alberto Ferdinand in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elvio Gomesano saved Atahona from getting behind. In the 11th minute, Alberto Ferdinand got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Atahona's Marcos Aragones got a free kick in the 12th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacobo Distiratsu in the 14th minute of play forced Atahona's goalkeeper Elvio Gomesano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Alberto Ferdinand notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Atahona's Elvio Gomesano. Elvio Gomesano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Severo Ipar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 21st minute, Edgardo Bernebe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atahona fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcos Aragones during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 27th match minute, Atahona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Aragones to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute, Saturnino Gau fired a really elegant long shot, but Elvio Gomesano threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Justo Steven kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Elvio Gomesano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teofilo Florin in the 43rd minute. Teofilo Florin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Elvio Gomesano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Marco Sergi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Elvio Gomesano. That made the score 2-1 in the 46 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Severo Ipar was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Atahona's goal looked a bit too open when Teofilo Florin came free, but Elvio Gomesano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teofilo Florin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elvio Gomesano having to interfere. Teofilo Florin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 64 minutes into the match, Teofilo Florin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elvio Gomesano. Atahona's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teofilo Florin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. In the 67th minute, Severo Ipar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 71st minute, Teofilo Florin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Severo Ipar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Edgardo Bernebe scored 3-2 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iwo Trzaskoma, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Elvio Gomesano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofilo Florin, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Marcos Aragones hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. After 96 played minutes RIQUELME FC got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Ferdinand. Atahona's Leon Tristan couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 97th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for RIQUELME FC. There was no doubt that RIQUELME FC were the better team. RIQUELME FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
