In the 12th minute, Higinio Poz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabian Hustaz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Higinio Poz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Hustaz having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Higinio Poz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TEAM EDU fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 39th minute, Leon Laurgain got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 41st minute Higinio Poz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Hustaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benicio Lawrence charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benicio Lawrence the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 44th match minute, TEAM EDU was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benicio Lawrence to maneuver through the defense. Higinio Poz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Fabian Hustaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Higinio Poz made the kick off in the second half. Fabian Hustaz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leon Laurgain in the 57th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Higinio Poz in the 58th minute of play forced Cepeda's goalkeeper Fabian Hustaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. TEAM EDU's Eleuterio Dominix was substituted for Leon Laurgain. 63 minutes into the game, one of Cepeda:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Eleuterio Dominix who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 68thth minute tested the skills of Fabian Hustaz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Higinio Poz managed to get in a good position for a shot. TEAM EDU's supporters rose to their feet, but Higinio Poz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabian Hustaz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ramon Avellaneda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Osvaldo Felo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cepeda's goalkeeper Fabian Hustaz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cesar Mosen hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute, Cesar Mosen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. TEAM EDU's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
