Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gerardo Etxahun took the kick off in the first half of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Higinio Poz notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Zaparinqui's Niceto Ishmael. Niceto Ishmael was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Higinio Poz took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Niceto Ishmael to make any attempt to save it. Osvaldo Felo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Vargas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eugenio Paulin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Osvaldo Felo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee felt a red card was in order, 21 minutes into the game, when Raimundo Quinito put in a rough tackle. In the 23rd minute there was a penalty for Zaparinqui. Rodolfo Baristo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Osvaldo Felo. 2-1. TEAM EDU's Osvaldo Felo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Paulin in the 30th minute of play. Higinio Poz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aquiles Osasun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Ishmael having to interfere. Osvaldo Felo came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Zaparinqui's Miguel Vargas. But to his dismay, Miguel Vargas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. The supporters of TEAM EDU booed when Zaparinqui was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Vargas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 49 minutes, Aristides Vidal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TEAM EDU's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aristides Vidal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Eloy Sotero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th minute Aquiles Osasun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niceto Ishmael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, TEAM EDU's Higinio Poz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Niceto Ishmael narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 69 minutes into the match, Zaparinqui's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Poz came free, but Niceto Ishmael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aristides Vidal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samuel Ignatius took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Niceto Ishmael. Zaparinqui's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Zaparinqui's zone, Higinio Poz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niceto Ishmael came out of the goal and Higinio Poz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eloy Sotero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Ishmael having to interfere. Ruperto Kismi's late challenge caught a TEAM EDU's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ruperto Kismi helped the player get up and apologised. 83 minutes into the game, one of Zaparinqui:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Samuel Ignatius placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Benicio Lawrence sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the game, Higinio Poz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Niceto Ishmael was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 96 minutes into the match, TEAM EDU's Higinio Poz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Niceto Ishmael narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Aristides Vidal managed to get in a good position for a shot. TEAM EDU's supporters rose to their feet, but Aristides Vidal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niceto Ishmael breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
