After a defensive mix-up in Cambaceres's zone, Eleuterio Ekialde stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Enekoitz came out of the goal and Eleuterio Ekialde tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 2-0 became the score in the 33rd minute when Generoso Cordearo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 38th match minute, Brete was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Chano to maneuver through the defense. If Leo Arias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41stth minute of the game Eleuterio Ekialde who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cambaceres's Manuel Enekoitz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Manuel Enekoitz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Evaristo Kepa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 43 minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Manuel Enekoitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Generoso Cordearo in the 72nd minute of the match. When Eleuterio Ekialde came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Brete fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eleuterio Ekialde couldn't finish the play.
