Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Efrain Demesio got the match started through his kick off. After having played for 5 minutes, Pastor Tiniebra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eustolia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pastor Tiniebra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dalmacio Azeari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Basilio Lain tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cirilo Danel charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cirilo Danel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 9th match minute, Rivadeo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cirilo Danel to maneuver through the defense. Basilio Lain made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Tiniebra in the 11th minute of play. If Raul Remicio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adolfo Cresitobalo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Remicio in the 20th minute of play. Eustolia's Adolfo Cresitobalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efrain Demesio in the 22nd minute of play. A collision led to Eustolia getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Rodrigo Lain hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Rivadeo FC's Adrian Arano tried to score from far away in the 25th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Florencio Otsoko during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 27th minute, one of Rivadeo FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Rivadeo FC. In the 29th minute there was a penalty for Eustolia. Ovidio Gasteiz stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Basilio Lain. 1-0. If Dalmacio Azeari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Rivadeo FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Isidoro Jakue hit a great ball. Basilio Lain made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dalmacio Azeari in the 49th minute.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pastor Tiniebra was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Dalmacio Azeari managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eustolia's supporters rose to their feet, but Dalmacio Azeari was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Basilio Lain breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dalmacio Azeari's late challenge caught a Rivadeo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dalmacio Azeari helped the player get up and apologised. Dalmacio Azeari hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Basilio Lain took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dalmacio Azeari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Efrain Demesio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Efrain Demesio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Adolfo Cresitobalo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Rivadeo FC's Efrain Demesio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adolfo Cresitobalo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Pastor Tiniebra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th of the match, Efrain Demesio tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Adolfo Cresitobalo got in the way and made a wonderful save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodrigo Lain during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Eustolia's Rodrigo Lain got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Adrian Arano, 94 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Efrain Demesio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adolfo Cresitobalo having to make a save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Eustolia fans cheered their team off the field, for while Rivadeo FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
