In the 3rd match minute, Tonco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilfredo Arce to maneuver through the defense. Jairo Micael made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Gualterio Pello sent off a good shot on target. If Lino Socorro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. Carmelo Elorri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavio Montrel, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. There was no doubt that Tonco were the better team. Tonco 's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
