After having played for 14 minutes, Gregorio Salomon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tamberías's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gregorio Salomon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adrian Florinio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Lop in the 19th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Gregorio Salomon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adrian Florinio. Hualfín's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gregorio Salomon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After having played for 25 minutes, Jacinto Cordeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hualfín's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacinto Cordeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tamberías's goalkeeper Godofredo Videl, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Hualfín getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Nereo Iraitz hit a great ball. When Gregorio Salomon came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Tamberías fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gregorio Salomon couldn't finish the play. Adrian Florinio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregorio Salomon in the 37th minute of play. Emanuel Lop succeeded in the game's 38th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. Adrian Florinio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregorio Salomon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Hualfín getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Antonio Qwinton hit a great ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gregorio Salomon to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Tamberías's Gregorio Salomon ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Adrian Florinio. Adrian Florinio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. When Emanuel Lop came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Tamberías fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuel Lop couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Gregorio Salomon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tamberías's supporters rose to their feet, but Gregorio Salomon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adrian Florinio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 63 played minutes Hualfín got a freekick which was hit by Nereo Iraitz. In the 64th minute Gregorio Salomon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Florinio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Hualfín's Adrian Florinio got control of the ball when Emanuel Lop tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Tamberías's Gregorio Salomon got a free kick in the 68th minute. Godofredo Videl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guaberto Opilano's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. The supporters of Hualfín booed when Tamberías was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Balasi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guaberto Opilano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godofredo Videl having to interfere. Emanuel Erramun's late challenge caught a Tamberías's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emanuel Erramun helped the player get up and apologised. Emanuel Lop could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Adrian Florinio made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guaberto Opilano in the 88th minute of play forced Tamberías's goalkeeper Godofredo Videl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hualfín's Serafin Michael got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tamberías's Godofredo Videl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Erramun in the 94th minute of play. The Tamberías supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Tamberías would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
