The penalty shot was made by Emanuel Ilazki, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tacupampa's Honorio Francis. 0-1. Marcelo Aimar struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Antonis Taktikos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tacupampa. Honorio Francis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Batista Vilaprenyos short, quick shot in the 96thth minute got Honorio Francis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Botija FC played a much better game than Tacupampa and deserved their victory. The Tacupampa players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
