After 17 played minutes, Tratayén's Severiano Hermon shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Felipe Jago came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tratayén reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Kuno Agüero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peluca FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kuno Agüero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victor Meder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Inocencio Fresco during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 24th minute, Marcelino Vermudo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Tratayén's zone, Jeremias Pancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victor Meder came out of the goal and Jeremias Pancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 29 played minutes Peluca FC got a freekick which was hit by Feliberto Oriol. Rodrigo Figueroa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 34 minutes into the match, Peluca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Aguirre came free, but Felipe Jago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Tratayén booed when Peluca FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cecilio Socorro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victor Meder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Froilan Garci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 47 played minutes Tratayén got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Balesio.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kuno Agüero to strike the kick off in the second half. Victor Meder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Froilan Garci in the 61st minute of the match. Felipe Jago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Figueroa in the 63rd minute of play. Felipe Jago made an important save on a dangerous shot by Primitivo Balesio in the 68th minute. 70 minutes into the game, Inocencio Fresco recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Felipe Jago. Inocencio Fresco showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Cecilio Socorro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kuno Agüero in the 85th minute of play forced Tratayén's goalkeeper Victor Meder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felipe Jago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Figueroa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The attack was good, but when Rodrigo Figueroa in the 88th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Inocencio Fresco got his second yellow card in the match during the 91st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 95 minutes into the match, Tratayén's goal looked a bit too open when Froilan Garci came free, but Victor Meder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enzo Aguirre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Felipe Jago made a huge save.
