Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gilberto Delfino to make the kick off. The Miraflores FC fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Miraflores FC's Gilberto Delfino looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. With his leg Igor Barros managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when Miraflores FC's Haroldo Basajaun fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 92nd play minute Haroldo Basajaun came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Igor Barros. 0-6. Miraflores FC played a much better game than Petronila FC and deserved their victory. The Petronila FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
