Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Guillermo Galeno got the match started through his kick off. If Aldo Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gregorio Precioso came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Saguión fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gregorio Precioso couldn't finish the play. In the 17th minute, Saguión's Gregorio Precioso ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Santiago Pacifico. Santiago Pacifico yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. 24 minutes into the game, Lucio Txurio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Saguión's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alanices the free kick. Lucio Txurio kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Silvano Gipuzkoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillermo Galeno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Siro Favila came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Alanices fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Siro Favila couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cipriano Raitin during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 29th minute, Cipriano Raitin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guillermo Galeno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvano Gipuzkoa having to interfere. Guillermo Galeno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Silvano Gipuzkoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 41 played minutes Alanices got a freekick which was hit by Jimeno Uxio. If Aldo Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gregorio Precioso to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Alanices got a freekick which was hit by Saturnino Constancio. Santiago Pacifico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Ramos, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Jimeno Uxio's late challenge caught a Saguión's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jimeno Uxio helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Alanices getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Jimeno Uxio hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the match, Alanices's goal looked a bit too open when Gregorio Precioso came free, but Santiago Pacifico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Alanices's Silvano Gipuzkoa threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Guillermo Galeno, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Aldo Ramos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Siro Favila got free with Silvano Gipuzkoa in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. During the 74th minute of the match Jimeno Uxio completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jimeno Uxio a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 75 played minutes Alanices got a freekick which was hit by Jimeno Uxio. Saguión's Silvano Gipuzkoa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Saguión from getting a goal against them. Tobias Peruanton lost his temper 93 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Saguión were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Alanices for a fine match.
