Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ruben Mitxel started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute Alejandro Otsoko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomiro Eneko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruben Mitxel might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Baldomiro Eneko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ruben Mitxel ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmiro Geleberto in the 6th minute of play forced San Lorenzo de Almagro's goalkeeper Domingo Frutos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Miñones FC's Faustino Hotz got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 10th minute of the match San Lorenzo de Almagro got a corner. Miñones FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ramon Elequemedo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led San Lorenzo de Almagro's Ramon Elequemedo to fire away a dangerous shot which Baldomiro Eneko despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 13 minutes in the game, Ramon Elequemedo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Baldomiro Eneko having to interfere. If Nicolas Romildo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 18 minutes into the match, Miñones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ruben Mitxel came free, but Baldomiro Eneko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicolas Romildo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Baldomiro Eneko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 23 minutes, Ruben Mitxel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San Lorenzo de Almagro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruben Mitxel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruben Mitxel in the 26th minute of play forced Miñones FC's goalkeeper Baldomiro Eneko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute Ramon Elequemedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomiro Eneko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruben Mitxel in the 39th minute of play forced Miñones FC's goalkeeper Baldomiro Eneko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. San Lorenzo de Almagro's Domingo Frutos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Aimar in the 41st minute of play. Domingo Frutos came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Miñones FC's Leo Lon. But to his dismay, Leo Lon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 47 minutes, Ruben Mitxel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Lorenzo de Almagro and the Miñones FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After 51 played minutes Miñones FC got a freekick which was hit by Hermengildo Cordarrel. Domingo Raymon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Baldomiro Eneko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 54 minutes into the match, Ramon Elequemedo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baldomiro Eneko. Miñones FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ramon Elequemedo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Domingo Frutos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Lon in the 57th minute of the match. Domingo Frutos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Lon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vinicio Montrel was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 60 minutes into the match. In the 61st match minute, San Lorenzo de Almagro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinicio Montrel to maneuver through the defense. Maximiliano Guillerme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Ramon Elequemedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. San Lorenzo de Almagro's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramon Elequemedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baldomiro Eneko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oscar Aimar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Domingo Frutos made a huge save. If Ramon Elequemedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Miñones FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Maximiliano Guillerme hit a great ball. Delmiro Geleberto kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the game, Prudencio Cuarto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Baldomiro Eneko was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 80 minutes into the game, Ramon Elequemedo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Baldomiro Eneko was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of San Lorenzo de Almagro booed when Miñones FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmiro Geleberto didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Nicolas Romildo sped through Miñones FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Baldomiro Eneko. In the 91stth minute of the game Ramon Elequemedo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Miñones FC's Baldomiro Eneko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Gustavo Ekialde managed to get in a good position for a shot. San Lorenzo de Almagro's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustavo Ekialde was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baldomiro Eneko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alejandro Otsoko in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baldomiro Eneko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. San Lorenzo de Almagro's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
