Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Cejolao's Santiago Raymundo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernabe Lia got free with Victorio Eleder in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bernabe Lia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 6 minutes, Bernabe Lia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MessiDeTroya's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernabe Lia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When David Horado came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the MessiDeTroya fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Horado couldn't finish the play. Bernabe Lia took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victorio Eleder. Victorio Eleder dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 13 minutes into the match, MessiDeTroya's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Raymundo came free, but Gaspar Policarpio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in MessiDeTroya fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 15th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Cejolao a penalty, 17 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Santos Cordero, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of MessiDeTroya's Gaspar Policarpio. 1-1. Victorio Eleder made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernabe Lia in the 21st minute. David Horado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Victorio Eleder having to make a save. In the 26th minute, Aristides Telo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victorio Eleder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Horado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Cejolao's Victorio Eleder got control of the ball when Bernabe Lia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cejolao's Victorio Eleder proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Cejolao from getting a goal against them. In the 39th minute David Horado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorio Eleder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernabe Lia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorio Eleder having to interfere. 44 minutes into the game, David Horado recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Victorio Eleder. David Horado showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. David Horado was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Cejolao's Eriberto Piorno got a free kick in the 51st minute. After having played for 61 minutes, Bernabe Lia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MessiDeTroya's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernabe Lia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 64th minute, David Horado made a precise shot to the right of Victorio Eleder. Cejolao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. David Horado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorio Eleder having to interfere. If Bernabe Lia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. MessiDeTroya's David Horado got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 82nd match minute, Cejolao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Siro Naelio to maneuver through the defense. When Aristides Telo came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Cejolao fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aristides Telo couldn't finish the play. When the referee ended the match the MessiDeTroya players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
