Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rene Charro got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Charro in the 3rd minute of play forced Berazategui's goalkeeper Luis Santxol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Astor Estebe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Berazategui's supporters rose to their feet, but Astor Estebe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niceto Savion breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Herminio Abarca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Astor Estebe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Savion having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Freddy Cesario fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Luis Santxol, passed just outside the right post. The supporters of Candelaria FC booed when Berazategui was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Guerrero didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Freddy Cesario got free with Luis Santxol in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rene Charro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luis Santxol read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Rene Charro struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Luis Santxol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Candelaria FC. With a little luck, Berazategui's Luis Santxol got control of the ball when Freddy Cesario tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Berazategui's zone, Freddy Cesario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luis Santxol came out of the goal and Freddy Cesario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mario Ieltxu charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mario Ieltxu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Candelaria FC's Mario Ieltxu got a free kick in the 46th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Astor Estebe in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niceto Savion saved Candelaria FC from getting behind.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Astor Estebe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Astor Estebe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niceto Savion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Astor Estebe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Herminio Abarca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Niceto Savion made a huge save. Astor Estebe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Niceto Savion tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute Freddy Cesario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Santxol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Astor Estebe fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Niceto Savion, passed just outside the right post. Niceto Savion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Astor Estebe in the 76th minute of the match. Herminio Abarca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 80 minutes into the match, Berazategui's Astor Estebe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Niceto Savion narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Astor Estebe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Savion having to interfere. Candelaria FC's Niceto Savion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Astor Estebe in the 85th minute of play. A collision led to Candelaria FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Amadeo Lugo hit a great ball. When Freddy Cesario came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Candelaria FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Freddy Cesario couldn't finish the play. If Astor Estebe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
