Bambisgris's Serafin Abaurre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Bambisgris from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Pingüina booed when Bambisgris was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anier Itzaina didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute Joel Aznar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Ariando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serafin Abaurre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dionisio Fero's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bambisgris's zone, Gervasio Nuñez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serafin Abaurre came out of the goal and Gervasio Nuñez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Serafin Abaurre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dionisio Fero in the 27th minute of play. Serafin Abaurre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cornelio Montay in the 28th minute of the match. Dionisio Fero who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Serafin Abaurre when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Bambisgris's Serafin Abaurre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Bambisgris from getting a goal against them. In the 34th minute of the match Pingüina got a corner. Bambisgris's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Albino Aureo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Albino Aureo hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Pingüina's Robustiano Santos got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lorenzo Santio made a kick off. Serafin Abaurre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dionisio Fero in the 52nd minute of play. Pingüina were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Bambisgris's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Albino Aureo took the corner. Pingüina's Tomás Ariando proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Pingüina from getting a goal against them. Gualterio Boni was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Serafin Abaurre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Nuñez in the 62nd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Bambisgris's goal looked a bit too open when Dionisio Fero came free, but Serafin Abaurre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Lorenzo Santio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Serafin Abaurre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cornelio Montay in the 74th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aureliano Donostia during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bambisgris made a substitution. Ariel Ellande replaced Blas Urtats. In the 80th minute, Dionisio Fero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 83 minutes of play, Bambisgris's Joel Aznar made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomás Ariando was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dionisio Fero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gervasio Nuñez during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 87 played minutes Pingüina got a freekick which was hit by Gervasio Nuñez. In the 97th minute, Jonathan Abeita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bambisgris were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Pingüina's much stronger midfield.
