Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Epifanio Demesio started the match with the kick off. Aureliano Mergildo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Ciriaco Ignazio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 6 minutes, Ciriaco Ignazio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 6 minutes into the match, Leonel Eneas notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Gastona FC's Ciriaco Ignazio. Ciriaco Ignazio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 17 minutes into the match, Gastona FC's Clemente Rayman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maximiliano Chayo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aureliano Mergildo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Clemente Rayman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiliano Chayo having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aureliano Mergildo got free with Ciriaco Ignazio in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aureliano Mergildo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 27thth minute tested the skills of Ciriaco Ignazio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 28 minutes into the game, Ernesto Salvatore was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gastona FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave huesini AFC the free kick. Ernesto Salvatore hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. A collision led to Gastona FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Clemente Rayman hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Epifanio Demesio during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Leonel Eneas might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ciriaco Ignazio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonel Eneas ran back to his position shaking his head. Epifanio Demesio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Aureliano Mergildo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. huesini AFC's Maximiliano Chayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Rayman in the 41st minute of play. Clemente Rayman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiliano Chayo having to interfere. Aureliano Mergildo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 46th playminute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aureliano Mergildo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Clemente Rayman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gastona FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Clemente Rayman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximiliano Chayo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Clemente Rayman came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Gastona FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clemente Rayman couldn't finish the play. Maximiliano Chayo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clemente Rayman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Epifanio Demesio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Ciriaco Ignazio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aureliano Mergildo's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. In the 73rd match minute, huesini AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pastor Atauri to maneuver through the defense. Ciriaco Ignazio came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by huesini AFC's Aureliano Mergildo. But to his dismay, Aureliano Mergildo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Ciriaco Ignazio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonel Eneas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aureliano Mergildo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nemesio Astrada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiliano Chayo having to interfere. Gastona FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
