If Nicanor Basajaun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Rompe Tibias Club's zone, Gwidon Pilitowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rene Gil came out of the goal and Gwidon Pilitowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Epifanio Santana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciriaco Sadurni in the 13th minute of play. Epifanio Santana was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Abrazo de 4 booed when Rompe Tibias Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ariel Osorio didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Gwidon Pilitowski fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Abrazo de 4's protests and gave Gwidon Pilitowski a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Abrazo de 4's Gwidon Pilitowski got a free kick in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the game, Ariel Osorio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Epifanio Santana was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Gwidon Pilitowski took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Rene Gil to make any attempt to save it. After 45 minutes of play, Rompe Tibias Club's Nicanor Basajaun made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Epifanio Santana was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Rompe Tibias Club were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 55thth minute of the game Nicanor Basajaun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Abrazo de 4's Epifanio Santana was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ariel Osorio in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Epifanio Santana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 62 minutes into the game, Rompe Tibias Club's Ariel Osorio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Epifanio Santana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. The crowd rose to their feet as Ciriaco Sadurni kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Epifanio Santana. That made the score 1-7 in the 66 minute of play. When Ariel Osorio came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Rompe Tibias Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ariel Osorio couldn't finish the play. Epifanio Santana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ariel Osorio's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. The supporters of Rompe Tibias Club booed when Abrazo de 4 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iulian Racoviceanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Epifanio Santana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angel Aguilera, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Abrazo de 4's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ariel Osorio 74 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-8. Iulian Racoviceanu got his second yellow card in the match during the 82nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Rompe Tibias Club booed when Abrazo de 4 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iulian Racoviceanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ariel Osorio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Epifanio Santana when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Nuno Mineiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Rene Gil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erubiel Frutos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Santana having to interfere. A collision led to Abrazo de 4 getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Nuno Mineiro hit a great ball. In the 96th minute, Ariel Osorio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rompe Tibias Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-10. Rompe Tibias Club's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
