A collision led to Deportivo Scalonetta getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Alonzo Delfino hit a great ball. Roman Feliz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Claudio Berriotxoa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. If Pastor Nataniel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claudio Berriotxoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Belarmo in the 15th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Scalonetta's zone, Pastor Nataniel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudio Berriotxoa came out of the goal and Pastor Nataniel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 19thth minute of the game Augusto Belarmo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Scalonetta's Claudio Berriotxoa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 20th minute Chill FC were awarded a corner. Sebastian Napier went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Chill FC's corner Sebastian Napier fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Claudio Berriotxoa quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of Deportivo Scalonetta booed when Chill FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeledon Stephen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute, Rodriguinho Lopes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Melchor Selmo. The goal made the score 1-0. 31 minutes into the match, Chill FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cleto Cristofol came free, but Melchor Selmo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Augusto Belarmo notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Deportivo Scalonetta's Claudio Berriotxoa. Claudio Berriotxoa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Melchor Selmo made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Alonzo Delfino sent off a good shot on target. Melchor Selmo came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Scalonetta's Cleto Cristofol. But to his dismay, Cleto Cristofol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Rodriguinho Lopes struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Melchor Selmo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Scalonetta. Pastor Nataniel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Berriotxoa having to interfere. Alonzo Delfino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cleto Cristofol struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Ruperto Karlo hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. Pastor Nataniel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Claudio Berriotxoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Chill FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Deportivo Scalonetta.
