In the 2nd match minute, Nequen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinicio Dalmai to maneuver through the defense. Nequen FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Laureano Gorbea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristobal Pelayo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 32 minutes, Ricardo Sadurni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nequen FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardo Sadurni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 42 minutes into the game, Anier Pietro threw the ball into play from the sideline. TAYSA FC's Laureano Corderun quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. If Laureano Gorbea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Laureano Gorbea to make the kick off. Casimiro Acevedo charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Casimiro Acevedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Ricardo Sadurni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anier Pietro made in the 66th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Generoso Primeiro. After 69 minutes Nequen FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Silvio Serapio who took care of the corner kick. In the 76th minute of the game Anier Pietro made a throw-in which Arnaldo Umbruso played forward. In the 82nd minute, Ismael Rey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. TAYSA FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 96th minute, when Fernan Valerio scored to the left of an out of position Cristobal Pelayo, making the score, 0-2.
