In the 19th minute, Gabriel Kaxen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Castelar Impact fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 22 minutes into the match, Castelar Impact's goalkeeper Francisco Chuan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Flann Casero. Matias Manni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Capacho AFC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Raimundo Nesor hit a great ball. Castelar Impact's Francisco Chuan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Castelar Impact from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Flann Casero got free with Francisco Chuan in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Felix Tiadoro took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Francisco Chuan to make any attempt to save it. Gabriel Kaxen hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Albino Johans managed to get in a good position for a shot. Capacho AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Albino Johans was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisco Chuan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Castelar Impact's Eriberto Marquez got a free kick in the 40th minute. Francisco Chuan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flann Casero, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Alberto Gaztea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Capacho AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Gaztea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisco Chuan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Felix Tiadoro was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 48th minute. Capacho AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Flann Casero was the one to do the kick off. Francisco Chuan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albino Johans in the 54th minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Flann Casero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Capacho AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After some careless play in the Castelar Impact defense, Flann Casero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Francisco Chuan. The Castelar Impact fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Francisco Chuan should have stopped the shot. In the 62nd minute Flann Casero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Chuan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 66 minutes of play, Capacho AFC's Albino Johans made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Francisco Chuan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Francisco Chuan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Gaztea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute, Esteve Urbez made a precise shot to the right of Alejandro Loramendi. Capacho AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. The supporters of Capacho AFC booed when Castelar Impact was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amador Urbes didn't get a good kick on the ball.
