Americo Elorri charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The Talleres lo mas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. In the 82nd match minute, Club Esperanza FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvaro Tano to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abelardo Amaya in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Domingo Rius saved Club Esperanza FC from getting behind. 85 minutes into the game, Delmiro Francesco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Domingo Rius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Octavio Vito made an important save on a dangerous shot by Serafin Polo in the 88th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emiliano Orlondon got free with Octavio Vito in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Domingo Rius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gavino Lopes went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. Club Esperanza FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
